Custom decoration and engraving on artwork?

Our artworks can be engraved-carved with cold glass cut or decorated with gold and silver by our expert craftmen upon customer's request.

Will goods come with the certificate of authenticity?

We ship all our products with their certificate of authenticity (a paper certified document) and our hologram brand sticker; both guarantee that the artworks are unique ORIGINAL MURANO GLASS OMG® pieces.

What are the shipping information and insurance?

The packaging is carefully madet by our experts, using specific packaging material for artistic glass. We pack parcels with materials that have a low impact on the environment and are regularly recyclable, and as environmentally friendly as possible. The products are wrapped in OMG® gift paper, or placed in the appropriate gift boxes, for the most important and large sculptures, big vases, venetian mirrors, the protective wooden case is made, the bench for the venetian chandeliers. In addition, all products shipped are insured.

How can I truck my order?

To not bore our customers with complicated order process, we not ask to register an account. All informations about the status of the order are sent to the email address provided by customer during chekout. What happens if it breaks on the way?

It is not a probleme! Our shipments are always insured by DHL or UPS company. just to let you know in the last year we sent thousand of artwork, just one goblet get broken. Moreover when the courrier deliver the parcel, you should do this: check immediately if the packaging is demaged from outside, open the box in front of the courrier, and check if everything is ok, when you sign the document to courrier of deliver done, please declare the demage, make mobile photos of packaging and broken piece, Send photo by email to team@originalmuranoglass.com with order number. We will send you a new piece as soon as possible. We will care about insured refound by ourself. Note that in the last year we sent thousand of artworks, just one goblet got broken.
