Handmade blown vase colored with amber and red glass. This vase is made with a very particular technique, called Sbruffi, unique made in Murano. A first mass of crystal is used to shape a vase. Than some colored glasses are blown over the vase to give color and to prepare the embellishments. Finally these blown glasses are broken and submitted to fusion for a second time.>
It is not only for this reason that this vase is so particular and precious: it in fact require the collaboration of the master and one or two others artisans. But also because it is made more precious by the use of the silver leaf for the crystal mass.
The resulting effect is an artwork who seems just come out from the oven and still warm. A particular way to decore vases and others objects that easily evoque the nature of the raw materia. A perfect vase to host a bunch of roses or to decore raw wood surfaces or raw bricks walls.
The artwork is signed by the glass master and come with Vetro Artistico® Murano trademark.
